I am Jo McCoy and my passion is researching and using tools, philosophies and concepts that support resilience, deep self care and using our intuition to guide us through our personal ascension to our service.
Through my business Blissness I offer support through Spiritual Mentoring, Gong Healing and public Gong Baths & Kundalini Yoga classes, workshops & retreats.
Through the Sat Nam Soul Painting Experience I interview clients deeply on what they love about life and delve deeply with them into who they really are and intuitively download a unique oil painting of them, with letter of explanation and key statements to inspire. Sat Nam SuperStellar combines intuitive mentoring with the Sat Nam Soul Painting and is a wonderful upgrade journey.
I live with my family and animals in North Berwick, Scotland and host and enjoy collaborating with others on a variety of uplifting events mainly in East Lothian, Edinburgh and online.
