Experience a nurturing and transformative journey at the New Moon, New You Women’s Circle. Thoughtfully designed to inspire self-reflection, connection, and deep relaxation, this event offers a serene space to pause, realign, and envision your brightest 2025. Let the natural rhythm of the New Moon guide you as we come together to plant seeds of intention, foster meaningful connections, and embrace the possibilities of the year ahead.

Includes:

  • Kundalini Gong Yoga: Gentle and beginner-friendly yoga with sound to prepare the mind and body for relaxation.
  • Deep Gong Relaxation: A multi-gong experience using planetary, symphonic, and wind gongs to create a deeply immersive soundscape.
  • Supportive Atmosphere: Held in a cosy, historic Tyninghame Village, Hall by the fire, enhanced with nourishing mamma cacao, especially curated doTERRA oils, yogi tea & treats.
  • Personal Reflection: Journaling opportunities and space for introspection in a group setting.
  • Experienced Guidance: Led by Jo McCoy, @the_blissness, www.jomccoy.com, an experienced yoga teacher, sound practitioner, intuitive artist and spiritual mentor.

Benefits:

  • Relaxation and Healing: The gong bath promotes restfulness, mental clarity, and emotional release, often resulting in a lighter and more peaceful state post-session.
  • Integration Process: Participants may experience ongoing benefits, such as emotional clearing and heightened awareness, in the day following the event.

Contraindications:

  • The gong bath is not suitable for pregnant ladies, those with pacemakers or anyone with a condition that may be triggered by sound. Hearing aids must be taken out for the gong bath.
  • Cacao is contraindicated with certain antidepressants. Herbal tea is available.

Preparation:

  • Bring a water bottle/closed tea holder, journal for reflections (paper is available), and a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any items for personal comfort. Layers of comfortable clothing are recommended to ensure warmth and ease throughout the session.

This gathering offers a serene way to honor the new moon’s energies in community while nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
