Step into a tranquil space where movement meets vibration, and stillness becomes the gateway to deep inner healing.
YinGong is a uniquely immersive experience combining the meditative depth and physical release of Yin Yoga with the transformative power of live planetary and handheld Gong Sound Healing. Carefully designed for those who value self-care, restoration and conscious living, this evening invites you to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your deeper self.
What Awaits You
We begin with a gentle grounding using doTERRA essential oil blends—aromatic botanicals to draw your awareness from the noise of the mind back into the wisdom of the body. Then a serving of raw cacao, a heart-opening chocolate that gently welcomes you into the space with presence and intention.
From there, you’ll be guided through long-held Yin Yoga postures by the well loved Janet Baxter [@janet_baxter_ | www.janetbaxter.com], an expert yoga teacher who will help you access the deeper layers of the body with care and ease.
While held in these supported shapes, Jo McCoy [@the_blissness | www.jomccoy.com], a level two Kundalini Yoga teacher and expert Gong practitioner, will play powerful planetary gongs.
These rich and resonant frequencies support the physical opening of Yin Yoga, allowing you to relax more fully and access a deeper state of release and restoration.
More doTERRA essential oil blends for tranquility and clarity support the ease into a full Gong Bath including a surround sound experience with multiple planetary and handheld gongs —an extended period of stillness where sound surrounds and moves through you. This will quiet the mind, soften the body, and create wonderful conditions for healing, helping to clear what is no longer needed.
After the Sound…
We’ll gently return with a nourishing pause:
☕ Freshly brewed Yogi tea
🍫 Dark chocolate-dipped dates
These simple pleasures ground the experience and offer time for connection in community, or quiet reflection.
