🚀SuperBoost Yoga Mondays 7-8am on Zoom

The background to SuperBoost Mondays is that I was doing a similar yoga set with the RA MA crew over in New York @ramanewyork as part of their Aquarian Women’s Leadership Programme. They used to do a challenging set daily and it was amazing and I loved how it makes me feel and particularly the energy boost!

I loved the wonderful effects of moving the body, powerful releasing breath-work, 2 prosperity and also addiction meditations, not to mention the boosting of the glandular system – the guardian of our health – and nourishing of the inner organs. It made me feel incredible. But it was 3pm our time which is no good really, especially for me when the kids were just back from school.

SO I thought I would do a respectfully inspired, Blissness version to support you (and me!) to power up at the start of the week, on Zoom 7-8am UK time: GMT/BST. So you have the energy and the serenity to show up for yourself and to be there to support your tribe!

What do I need to bring? Comfortable clothing with layers so you can move and be warm! Yoga mat or rug. Blanket for meditation and relaxation. Cozy rug/blanket e.g. sheepskin/faux sheepskin/cushion/stool/block to make sitting on the mat more comfortable, drink, tissue, cushion/block for fish pose, optional: lip balm.

Video? It’s best to keep your video on so I can do my best to guide you and inspire you more! If you are more comfortable with video off this is ok too. Please ensure your name is on your Zoom ID so I know it’s you.
